Customer Service Seminar
On the side I've been working with businesses in Olgii. Together with my counterpart we created a Customer Service seminar for a local resturaunt. The seminar was a success and we've already been asked to perform this seminar at another resturaunt in town. The links below contain all the materials (Mongolian and English) for the seminar.
Customer Service Power Point Presentation: This is the English version of the prsentation. It's a little less polished than the Mongolian one because it wasn't the final draft used. The presentation is designed to contain three parts, with the third custom tailored to the busines, thus you'll want to change some things.
This is the final polished version used. It inlcudes notes in English.
At the beginning of the seminar we asked the participants to take this quiz and then did the same again at the end. This quiz was designed to assess the success of the presentation. After giving the seminar once I already have modifications to make and suggest you check back later for an updated version or edit yourself.
Certificate: Certificates of completion in both English and Mongolian. A bit cheesy but well appreciated.
